Bookings and payments, you may use our platform to search for and book accommodations, flights, car rental service from our partners. Your bookings are subject to availability and our partner’s terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your bookings, including your payment information. We may charge a service fee for your bookings, which will be disclosed to you before you confirm your booking.

Cancellations and refunds, Fare.com.bd will follow proper Hotel's, Airlines and transport policy for cancellation.
No refund will be given for non-refundable bookings.
For cancellation, Fare.com.bd will not charge any additional service fee.
We will process your refund within 7 working days. Your refund will be credited back to the main payment method used for your booking, unless you request otherwise.
For any kind of refund, convenience charge or Service Charge is non-refundable.
In case of national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.

User Fair.com.bd content, you may submit content, such as reviews and ratings, to our platform. You may not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing of any third party's rights.

Intellectual property, our platform and its contents, including our trademarks, logos, software, and user interface, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
